Julie + Whitman Wedding | The Club at Grandezza | Estero, Florida

On June 9th 2018 Julie and Whitman got married! YAY!

Chatting with Julie the week of her wedding we couldn't believe how it was finally almost here. Feels just like yesterday we were meeting in the studio for the first time. Getting to know each other and getting all the details laid out for the big day. Julie definitely had a whirlwind of situations in planning her wedding. From possibly changing cities to changing the whole wedding venue only a few months to her big date.

But, finally the day arrive last Saturday! And it couldn't of gone any better for Julie and Whitman. Julie and Whitman got married at the beautiful Club at Grandezza. This venue was a perfect fit for Julie since she loves the romantic feel of things. And one of Julie's favorite parts about the venue (what made her fall in love) there is a lake with a beautiful bridge that she could view right from her reception room. So of course we had to take some pictures on the bridge that Julie and Whitman loved.

Despite the rain happening from time to time during the day, it didnt stop this wedding from going on. Julie and Whitman were smart to have their "Plan A" for their wedding ceremony underneath the Portico at Grandezza. So, guest could sit and enjoy the couple getting married outside. Which was Julie's only other request. Get married outside. And it happened, rain and all. Yes, I said rain. Gotta love Florida summers. Julie walked down to marry Whitman while it was raining. And as soon as they exchanged their vows the clouds cleared, and the sun came shiny right through them! A perfect ending to an amazing wedding ceremony. And we were able to capture it all.

This photo above was taken right before the ceremony. I had Julie put her getting ready robe back on, right over her wedding dress. To do some pictures just looking outside while we waited for the rain to slow down. We prayed to ourselves for it to slow down if not stop so Julie could have her beautiful pictures outside after the ceremony.
